Non-Expansive Fire Retardant Coating 2.0h
NSF-HZ-AH
Indoor non-expanding steel structure fire retardant coating is a thick-coated steel structure fire retardant coating designed and produced by our company for fire protection of load-bearing components of steel structures with fire resistance grades of Class II, Class I and those required by the specification. After the coating is sprayed on the surface of the steel structure, it forms a fire-resistant and heat-insulating protective layer by relying on the non-combustibility and low thermal conductivity of the coating itself when encountering fire, slowing down the direct attack of the fire on the load-bearing components, thereby effectively improving the fire resistance limit of the steel structure. Main performance: It has the characteristics of not corroding steel, not chemically reacting with any anti-corrosion primer, no irritating odor, light coating weight (relatively light structural load weight), large unit coating area, no smoke generation when encountering fire, and no release of harmful gases.
Scope of application: It is suitable for fire-retardant coating and fire-proof protection of steel structure load-bearing components in various newly built, expanded and renovated industrial and civil construction projects.
Reference dosage: According to the fire resistance limit and design requirements, combined with on-site construction experience, the general reference amount of indoor non-expansion steel structure fireproof coating is recommended, and it should be used reasonably according to the thickness requirements. Refer to the relevant data of the "Test Report" corresponding to the "Fire Protection Product Conformity Assessment Center of the Ministry of Emergency Management".
Construction instructions:
Before applying the fireproof coating, the rust removal and anti-rust primer coating on the surface of the steel components should comply with the design requirements and the current relevant national regulations. Before construction, the dust, oil and other debris on the surface of the steel components should be thoroughly removed.
Before applying the main coating of the non-expansion steel structure fireproof coating, spray a layer of non-expansion fireproof coating special interface agent, and after the interface agent is dry, spray or wipe it for coating.
Before painting, according to the climate characteristics and product performance, the powder: special glue: clean water are mixed and stirred evenly in a certain proportion to make it a non-agglomerated viscous fluid state. The consistency should be determined according to the coating method, so as to facilitate construction, avoid flow and sagging, and ensure strong adhesion.
When spraying, use a bucket spray gun with an air pressure of 0.6~0.8MPa and a spray gun nozzle diameter of 6~10mm. The spray gun should be perpendicular to the surface of the component to be coated, preferably 40~60cm.
The first coat of spraying should not be too thick, and the next coat should be carried out after it is dry, so as not to flow until the thickness specified by the standard is reached.
The coating method of fire retardant coating by plastering can refer to the cement mortar plastering method.
During the construction process and before the coating is dried and cured, the ambient temperature should be maintained at 5~45℃, the relative humidity should not be greater than 85%, and the air should be circulated.
Packaging and storage: The packaging of indoor non-expanding steel structure fire retardant coating is: 25Kg/bag.
Storage of indoor non-expanding steel structure fire retardant coating: suitable for storage in a cool and dry environment, and the packaging and transportation should be moisture-proof, waterproof and impact-proof.
The shelf life is 6 months. Please refer to the product factory certificate for the production date.
