Application case of fire retardant coating for steel structure of cocoa bean processing plant in Cote d'Ivoire, Africa

Located in Côte d'Ivoire, Africa, this project is a large-scale plant dedicated to cocoa bean processing. The steel structure of the plant is protected by high-performance Jinghaitai brand fire retardant coating. The fire retardant coating has excellent fire resistance and thermal stability, can maintain the integrity and stability of the steel structure in a high temperature environment, effectively delay the spread of fire, and buy precious time for personnel evacuation and fire rescue. In addition, the fire retardant coating also has good durability and weather resistance, can resist erosion in various harsh environments for a long time, maintain the integrity and fire resistance of the coating, extend the service life of the steel structure, and reduce maintenance costs. This successful case not only demonstrates the important role of steel structure fire retardant coating in protecting large industrial plants, but also provides a useful reference for fire protection design and construction of similar projects.
